After 10 years of occupation, finally, the agreement is signed. Tonight the country will be bombed. A Prishtina family of six found itself in this event kind of unprepared. Even though in fear they decide to call it a celebration, apart from the boys, Arbër and Tomor, who stay detached and cynical. The first bomb falls and everyone knows that nothing will ever be the same again.
Kaltrina Krasniqi (1981) is among the first women in Kosovo to graduate in film directing (2004). She is based in Prishtina and has been making films since she was 18. Playful with form, genre and storytelling -her films- are traces of very personal experiences, which deal with loss, war and transition in emotional and political sense. Krasniqi has an MA from Kosovo Institute for Journalism and Communication.
