In order to avoid being bullied from two hooligans, Xiao Bin, a 13 years old son of immigrant, attempts to join a teenager street gang.

Tian Guan earned an MFA degree in Film Production from Syracuse University, NY, US in 2014, and an MFA degree in Art of Film and Video from California Institute of the Arts, CA, US in 2017.
