The film transports the human’s continuous search for the meaning of life, in an ostensibly inanimate object, a key. The light, as the touch of a divine power comes and wakes him up. That moment he feels for the first time loneliness. The keyhole as his other half, becomes an obsession. After many adventures he finds his own keyhole but opening it he achieves nothing more than the multiplication of his quest.
Jani is a graduate of the academy of the Fine Arts of Albania. From 1990 he lives and works in Greece as a director, art director and animator in many TV-commercials. Now he works in ERT.
Irida is a student at the University of the arts, London in the department of Film and Video. From a very early age she was involved with animation, video-art and has wrote 7 scripts for short films. This is her first short film.
