Hareza was born and raised in Prishtina, capital of Kosova.
She’s given lectures on film and drama at the American High School of Kosova (ASK). She was the founder and the artistic director of the ASK International Film Festival.
She’s directed short films and documentaries, including: Visible Dream, Lost People, Date of Stars and Delete.
At present she works for the Public Service Broadcaster of Kosova (RTK), in TV Directing.
